Distretto Green and High Tech plays also a role as a facilitator of intercompany mobility - with the aim of safeguarding the skills in the area, featuring the High Tech sector – facilitating the processes of human resource management.
To achieve these goals the Distretto Green and High Tech is engaged with activities directly related to the territory, as well as the delivery of services to the member companies.
Addressed to the territory are the following activities:
- analysis and monitoring of the labor market in the country
- mapping of existing skills and professional activities in the area
- creation of a database of professional resources usable by companies belonging to the district
Addressed to the Member Companies are the following:
- consulting support to the processes of recruitment, business incentives, tax policies and funding for recruitment, etc..
- support for accessing funding specifically dedicated to Training or requalification
- ad hoc services, also provided by our partners and / or external suppliers, relative to the pre-selection and selection of personnel, research specific professionals, outplacement,
Head of this acticvity section Romano Calvo, who joined the team in the Distretto Green and High Tech in February 2009 with a mandate to carry out the feasibility study (survey of the opportunities, resources and strengths on which to build the organizational structure of the function) and implement and drive the initial pilot projects with the companies (hiring of mobile workers, funded training programs, finding qualified personnel, advice on social security benefits, activation network of qualified suppliers in the field of human resources).
