The role of the Distretto Green and High Tech in this area will be to coordinate the needs of the companies and local policies of territorial development, primarily supporting  more efficient development of the mobility through a specific project of Mobility Management.
Alternative solutions to the use of the own car for the movements house - work  will be identified and developed with the Firms, encouraging a wide participation, including both the Great that the Small and Medium Enterprises in the area.
The methodology identified consists in the following steps:

  1. Detection of  transport needs of employees of large companies and content sharing Plans Mobility / Plans Moving House - Work (PSCL), through the establishment of a Working Group of the Mobility Manager Corporate;
  2. Sharing of transport and mobility needs of companies with Local and Territorial Authorities in a structured way, also through the participation in specific lines of public financing and co-financing. This action is intended to develop the necessary synergies between the public and private sectors in response to the needs identified in the Companies;
  3. Deployment of actions agreed with the Corporate Mobility Manager on the Small and Medium Enterprises are part of the District;
  4. Implementation of Shares dedicated to promote sustainable mobility in the territory of the Distretto;
  5. Implementation of a Monitoring System Plans implemented in order to detect the level of stakeholder satisfaction and ensure a dynamic mobility needs of companies;
  6. Support to individual companies in the definition of internal communication plans for the involvement of employees in design solutions contained in PSCL.

Mobility Manager of this Project is  Marcello Tedesco, who joined the team of  the Distretto Green and High tech in December 2009 with the mandate to coordinate initiatives, measures to solve the problems related to mobility' and commuting work, both to companies and institutions.
